Real Estate Intern
Kasper & Kent is both a European real estate agency and a digital marketing agency. Building on our activities in Belgium, we are currently expanding our presence in Morocco, creating a bridge between the Moroccan real estate market and prospective buyers and investors in Europe.
As part of our continued growth in Tangier, we are looking for a motivated Real Estate Intern who wants to develop commercially and professionally while helping to build Kasper & Kent International.

Role
During your internship, your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting property owners, real estate professionals and developers who may wish to work with Kasper & Kent;
- Identifying new real estate opportunities and projects in Tangier and the surrounding area;
- Assisting prospective buyers and investors in their search for real estate in Morocco;
- Supporting property viewings, commercial follow-up and communication with prospective buyers;
- Helping prepare and present properties professionally for the European market;
- Maintaining contact with local partners, property owners and other real estate professionals;
- Supporting the follow-up of leads generated through our digital campaigns;
- Learning how a real estate transaction is commercially managed from the first contact through the different stages of the process;
- Gradually taking on more responsibility as you develop in your role.
Profile we are looking for
Ideally, you have as many of the following qualities as possible:
- You speak French and/or Dutch fluently;
- A good command of English is a strong advantage;
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills;
- You have commercial instinct and enjoy making new contacts;
- You are organised and able to manage several tasks at the same time;
- You are proactive, eager to learn and willing to take initiative;
- You are professional, reliable and results-oriented;
- You can work independently while also functioning well within a team;
- You are interested in real estate, sales and international business;
- You are comfortable using digital tools;
- A driving licence is an advantage;
- You are following an educational programme that allows you to complete an internship in real estate, sales, business development or a related field.
Previous experience in real estate or sales is not essential. Motivation, commercial talent and a willingness to learn are equally important to us.
